Why do they have both? It does not make sense to me. Why would you use the sportsbook when the exchange odds are way more favorable?

Some people (read: Americans) are stupid, so in order to attract those customers, Mansion needs to keep it simple and have a sportsbook alongside the exchange.

Its not that parleys and teasers aren’t available in the exchange and any sport book would gladly take those anyday.

You can always go into the exchange and select 'Sports Book Layout'.
