In Bet365 you don't actually buy/sell points, you can set the hc-s and the total borders and the odsses changes with it.
To buy or sell a point has the same effect, but it deducts the money from your account as soon as you choose to buy/sell points, that's why I use bet365 for this....
To answer your question, you should check BetWWTS for example

Pinnacle. I wouldn't recommend it as you almost always are taking the worst of it. But they do offer the most when selling. You usually get a couple cents less than full value, but the more points you sell the less value they are giving back to you.

It seems to me that very few games come within even 3 points of the line either way, so buying a half or full point for a cheaper payoff seems like a futile chase ... The FoxOriginally Posted by smoothsuave

I agree with Lakerfan. Go to Pinny and use the drop down menu on the lines.
Besides that the best that I've found for selling points is 5 cents.
It works out nice when you sell points in sports with volatile lines.
If you can find sports that the line moves 5 or 6 points, and they are out there, you can sell points and set up some +110 and +105 situations with a couple of point middles.

yeah pinnacle...but I don't recommend it either very often...nothing worse than when the regular spread covers and you lose because you sold points...
