VIP's an alright book...their software has been a bit of an issue in the past, but I haven't been on their site in so long...they don't like players from Nevada...

I have had a lot of problems with their webiste. I have to turn off my virus protection (Avast) in order for it to work. Even then sometimes it does not work. I have looked at the setting on my virus protection and can not figure out why the VIP site won't load. It is the ONLY site where I have to disable my virus protection to access. I contacted VIP technical support and they could not solve the problem.

Maybe SBR can take up the issue. It is frustrating because a lot of people seem to have problems, but they can't fix the problem.

I just joined and like it so far. I noticed the problem connecting to vipsports.com but like another person said, using vip.com instead has worked fine.

I have used vip for about a yr and half never had a problem. Every site seems to have a few members that have a problem with the site although i never had a problem things happen. Just get on live help and tell them im sure they will be glad to look into this for u

I had a similar problem with allworld last yr and cox had to update their dns server files for it to work

I've been learning what the good books are by coming here. I got sucked into trying them by the sign-up bonuses. Actually, that problem last night was the first one I had with them but still it was frustrating.
