Around 8-16-06 I spoke with Kevin and he promised he'd talk about my case with the higher ups and call me back that day. After a week or so of not hearing back from him, i called his cell and left a message to the effect that i wanted to keep discussions on a civil level but if he kept ducking me i would take things to the forums and it might get ugly. I finally spoke with him yesterday and he said i left a threat on his cell phone and he wasn't going to deal with me. I asked him what was the threat and he said he wouldn't repeat it. Kevin King has been dishonest with me both times I have spoken with him. Hopefully no one will sign up with these crooks until they decide to change their ways. I told him yesterday I would not give up on my money and I intend to keep that promise. The fact that they offered me 10K proves they stole my money. Quite disturbing. I think its time we hear the facts on this case and hear BetUS's side.

I've been in this business a pretty long time. In my expierence when a book says they will not return a player's money because he was rude the book knows it is in the wrong and is looking for any reason not to pay. Time will tell in this case.

Bruce, I posted two months ago to take what those scamming criminals offered. They offered to pay you something so they could make you go away while they reel in the suckers for football. Once that was accomplished, your chances of them paying you your money greatly diminished.

BetUS is an advertiser at EOG and MW. Could you please make contact with the Shrink and Major and see what they can do? If nothing, then post on their sites. I have tried to get Shrink to do something but he says nobody has approached him with a problem.

Maybe Shrink can throw them off his site and pay you with the balance of their ad money. I believe one of the conditions to advertise on his site is agreeing to his dispute resolution.

Thanks for the support guys, it's good that so many people care. In hindsight I should have taken the settlement but I felt like they owed me $14,668 and that's what I wanted. They keep throwing out, there was some fraud in this case which is BS and they know it unless they are referring to themselves in which case there is definatly some fraud.

JC, Time is not something I have a lot of. It is hard for me to find the time to post here. I work a ton of hours. I have never been to either site. I feel comfortable with Bill helping me, I feel like he has the best interest of the player in mind and has done an admirable job under tough circumstances for me. Maybe if someone could be kind enough to post a link to these other sites, it couldn't hurt. Thank you to everyone who has responded. I will heed your advice.

Bruce, you might not have the time but there is $4K+ at stake here. SBR are very good at what they do but they are unable to do the best job in every single dispute and I'm sure that they would agree with that. If The Shrink is willing to help you out that that is a very good avenue to take since, at the moment, they seem to be stalling on the $10K never mind the $14K.

I saw this over on Peep's forum, and this is a sticking point with me.

If they owed me $14,666 and offered me $10,000, the only way I'd take that (asssuming I wasn't doing anything wrong like using multi-id's or scamming, in which case I wouldn't have a dime coming) is if they were short on funds and in danger of going out of business. There's no way I'm going to let them screw me out of $10,000. I'd rather let them keep the ten dimes----with the understanding that they'd lose many times that in revenue from customers hitting the door when I'd finished letting the whole world know.

It's been 4 years. I have no problem with the guy taking 10k when he's due 14+. Every year that goes by he's losing a ton just on theoretical interest alone let alone the assumption he could get a better return on the money doing something else with it.

Chuck I say it's sad if anyone sends money to these guys. Since I last posted I have called Kevin everyday and he continues to ignore me. I'm guessing he thinks I will go away if he ignores me long enough. They offered me 10K and now they can't even live up to that, draw your own conclusions. I'm almost back to where I was before I contacted Bill. It doesn't look good for me. But I will continue to pound away at their credability until they either pay or the end of time, whichever comes first.

Harkey, I intially turned down the 10K settlement. I don't feel there is one reason on God's green earth why I shouldn't be paid in full. But Four years has turned into sheer frustration and 10K is starting to sound real good.

I will give Kevin a chance to to come forward and do the right thing. I will not bad mouth him at least for the time being. I told him we could be partners in something that could be beneficial for both of us. I could get at least some of my money and they could at least look like they are trying to clean up their act. It's a win-win situation and right now we are in a lose-lose situation. The ball is in their court, lets see what you are all about BetUs. I'm not holding my breath but maybe I'll be pleasently surprised.

I am off to work but I would like to thank everyone for their support, It's great that gamblers stick together. If anything happens I will post the minute I have a chance.

Meaning, are you causing them more than $10,000 in future deposits from unsuspecting gamblers by exposing them as a stiff book. Just post your story in detail at EOG. Then the SHRINK will cantact BetUS and find out why you're not being paid. BetUS is advertising at EOG, running contests, getting people to join. You need to be heard over there. SBR can only do so much. Power in numbers bruce.

They might not care and maybe they don't want forum players. But players are getting more sophisticated. I have actually heard radio calls into stations calling BS on these BetUS ads. They site the poor rep that BetUS has. Just one example. Also when people actually search they learn about this BS.

BetUS is suckering people with free contests over at EOG. People that got robbed when BOS shutdown are signing up!! Have these people resigned themselves to being life long suckers?

Even with the constant warnings, posters are sending them money. Its sad but true. Look at all the morons who sent $ to BetonSports/Millennium. Only when they themselves got stiffed when the house of cards collapsed did we hear they indeed ignored all the warnings.
