Every time I try to log in I get "Wrong username or password." I know the password is right, but it wouldn't accept it and I would have to go into "Lost Password" to reset and make a new password. This new password worked for the first login, and then the next time I come to the site my password is rejected again! This happened 2 or 3 times.

Now, when I try to reset my password, it tells me my information is wrong and won't reset it. I've tried different browsers, checked caps lock, etc. and it's the same every time.

Worst thing is, support is AWOL. I've e-mailed them twice and they haven't responded in over 48 hours. I've tried live support 5 or 6 times, and it just displays "waiting for operator" indefinitely. I'm from the US, so there is currently no call number.

I understand they're probably swamped with the Steelers promo, but I've got $2100 in there that I can't even bet, let alone withdraw, and having that money out of commission on an NFL weekend is a pain (not to mention the small fear that I'll somehow get screwed out of my money on some technicality).

Any suggestions on either the password problem or at least how to get in contact with them? Thanks

I ALWAYS phone Mansion whenever I have a problem, but then again I don't live in the US (anymore), so I can!

FWIW I find them to be prompt and; for the most part, extremely helpful.

mansion's cs has really went downhill fast lately.. i remember them replying e-mails within the hour, now they take over 36 hours if they reply at all. it's a shame really, you would almost think the owner had to do some layoffs to compensate for the 5 million or something...

I don't blame them for going -107, I'd rather they do that and stay sustainable than the alternative, besides it means I can usually get +106.

Yeah, after going to bed at 10:30, I saw from the transcript that they finally answered around 2AM, saying "are you there? Hello?"

Yeah, I'm going to sit there for 4 hours and wait for you. At least they finally answered, but I just talked to them about confirming my identity lasat week and they never fixed my problem, now they demand I give them a date and time to call again to do the same thing?

I was going to stay and bet there for a while. Not anymore.

I don't mind them throwing away money on stupid promotions. but if you are going to do that, you damn well better have the rest of your operation working perfectly. Maybe put aside a million and get more qualified operators. Over a hour waiting on chat is a joke, especially since they won't take US customer phone calls now.

Mansion has been great in the past. There new promotion will undoubtedly have increased he number of customers substantially. No doubt they will grow there staff levels appropriately and get back to normal. Im more than happy to suffer a few CS problems for a free $1000 bet.

I've found in the first few weeks of college football that a whole lot of offers don't get accepted...when I can play at pinny, matchbook and cascade and get better juice, it makes it tough trying to play at mansion...

My +106 usually gets taken for a dime or so on the bigger matchups. If I'm playing a line move obviously I don't do it there (unless my -105 outs have moved already), but when I'm trying to get the back end of a middle, a regular wager, or anything on the NFL they've been fine

Finally got in touch with them. They insisted on calling me, then when I gave them my phone number they insisted they were calling it but I wasn't answering. Something's screwed up there. Finally gave in and let them call my cellphone (better not get an international charge). Unlocked my account again, so I'm withdrawing before it has a chance to get messed up again. Lines were decent, but I'll make due with Pinny, Matchbook, et al.
