Yep, jj is right. Only a complete idiot believes casinos dont rig their software.

Fortunately, most of the smart ones are quite subtle, so just shaving a 10-15% extra House Edge.

I do not even mess with those online casinos anymore. I just had the book disable the feature.

I'm surprised you lost betting $2-$4, I thought they would let you win those and kill those that bet more. I guess those greedy bastards don't want anybody leaving an online casino a winner.

Why does SBR have to leap to the defence of every post on the board. As it stands, losing 19 out of 22 hands doesn't proved a rigged game. Neither are all online casinos rigged. But feel free to prove me wrong on those points.

as buddybear and I were discussing earlier this evening, it's hard enough going into a real casino and trying to win...now trying to win online on a consistant basis is virtually impossible...

You can easily consistantly beat online casinos depending on their bonuses and if you can play blackjack (and hunt like a mofo for bonuses). Blackjack has a pretty tight varience, although, losing 19 of 22 hurts. You should've kept playing, you would've eventually won 99.5%ish of your money back, jm!
    Hehe.

Yeah, if you can't play the games correctly then please listen to everyone who's telling you not to play. If it helps you to think that they are rigged (which would be preposterous if you really think about it), then believe that with all your heart. Personally, I love casino losers. They keep me paid...

What I'm still trying to figure out is how exactly an online casino could "subtly" shave 10%-15% off the house edge. LOL.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I've got documented wagering on various blackjack games at multiple software providers that is well into 9 figures over the course of the last 10 years. The house edge combined for all that wagering comes in at less than 0.5%. During that span I've had sessions where I lost 26 hands in succession. I've won 23 hands in succession. I've seen the dealer pull 5 blackjacks in a row. I've seen the dealer pull 3 blackjacks in a row on hands where I drew to 21. I've pulled 5 blackjacks in a row while at the max bet for the casino at which I was playing. I recently won a huge amount of money at Bet Royal (not the most reputable of sites) playing BJ Switch (Bill can verify as he helped me to recover my cashout during the course of an 8 month period).

I won't be surprised if any of those stats are exceeded at some point in my blackjack future. Undoubtedly "crazier" things have happened for which I simply didn't take notice. They are not signals that a casino is "rigged". They are signals of probability. If you don't understand the concepts then do yourself a favor and concentrate on your salary position.

blackjack is a tough game and i dont see anything abnormal about losing that many hands, but i do believe its rigged online from what i have seen they get you on the double downs.
