Ok, I just got off the phone with them right now guys. They tell me the techies are working on this problem right now, and the site will be back up in a few minutes. They also apologized for the technical problems

Well they never gave me any time frame on when it will come back up. The CSR just told me that the techies will be working as fast as they can to get things working again.

So all we can do is wait, and let them work on it.
