    The Lakers need to win bad. They NEED the 3 seed. 4 seed will probably host the Grizz in the first round and neither the Lakers or Lob City want to be the ones playing them. That being said, I won't touch this game. Lakers are just so unpredictable. This coming from the biggest Lakers homer on the site. I usually bet them even when I think they probably will lose the game. SO this means they will win by 10+ since I won't be on it. Go Lakers!

    Lakers don't give a shit about round one.....they are more concerned about round two. They would much rather play Spurs than Thunder. So....if the spurs are the 1....Lakers want the 4......if Thunder are the 1.....Lakers want the 3.

    I think the Lakers matchup up good with the Thunder, they have no answer for the Lakers in the post and Metta can give Durant problems, only reason they struggled in the past was Fisher, now maybe even Fisher gets a few minutes for OKC don't know how he is in the league

    Obviously coaches and players would never say this publicly. But, local beat writers who travel with the team say its common knowledge. In fact, one writer said he was at dinner with assistant coach the other night and the assistant was watching the Suns/Clippers game with great interest.......because of the 3-4 seeding and the second round implications.
