But if you go back further:

Djoker is 10-2 in last 12 vs. Rafa ... dating all the way back to Cincy of 2009.

Been watching Nadal in Monte Carlo and it really looks like there's no new solution for him to beat the Djoker.

Break point opportunities in those matches?

    Djokovic: 92 bp's
    Nadal: 48 bp's

and the break point opportunities have been getting more and more disparaging as these matchups have continued.

books are basically putting Djoker -320 or so over Berdych. not a chance in hell Djoker will be > -200 in the final.

really, in the history of tennis there might never have been a lack of pricing adjustment as there has been in this matchup.

    crazy

calculate the futures and they'll tell you the price on Djoker as a fave in the final

baskets are you dumb? before the round of 16 nadal was -120 to win and joker was +200 to win so obviously nadal will be favored in a potential final

you are correct, sir. honestly, haven't looked at that at all... don't often play futures

but that is more to my point.... lol, they're going to favor Nadal.

you know, come to think of it... it's more logical (although it's illogical) that Nadal will be the fave

in Madrid and Rome they had him at 3.34 and 2.86 on clay ... and even after a few more wins they still don't believe.

    better opportunity for Djoker backers

JJ Djoker's grandfather died 2 hours before playing Dolgo first up, head is somewhere else but he's battled through it.
Dropped first set to Dolgo although saw him hit a forehand winner at 190km / 118mph, was like a tracer bullet.
Then played Haase today who is a bigger head-case than a grieving Djokovic so he routined him in straights.

If Rafito has a chance at getting one back on him surely this would be the spot but in saying that Djoker could play the 'do it for Granddad' card & leave everything on the court.

Will play over if anything or wait for a live play.

    wow, show. great info.

Djoker's grandpappy stepped on a mine. ouch

btw, this reminds of the Miami incident... ie, Roddick over Federer. Something must've been going on w/ Fed or he simply didn't give a fukk. Federer using his dick as tennis racquet beats Roddick 6-0, 6-0.

Birdy still not beating Djoker in semis.... might as well take Djoker to win tourney right now for better price I suppose

baskets i watched that match, fed didnt play his best but roddick turned back the clock and played the best match he has played by a mile in 3 years. He had that extra zip on his forehand that has been lacking in recent years.

It really wasn't a routine win as the score indicates. Djokovic was rolling in the 1st set, up 4-1 and he let Haase come all the way back to even it up. Normal Djokovic day, he crushes him 6-2 or 6-1 in that setting. 2nd set, same thing - a bit erratic as he was broken twice, including when he was serving for the match @ 5-1. Be careful thinking Djokovic is a gimme to be in the Final. He already admitted he though about withdrawing before the Dolgpolov match because of the death and he's still admitted that his emotions are running all over the place. He sounds a little like someone who is satisfied by his ability to fight through this week, saying getting to the semis was an "accomplishment" considering everything. I agree with that. Don't be surprised if Berdych gives him all he can handle and poses a real upset threat. Without the distraction, Djokovic would be an easy choice to win on Saturday. Given this week, don't be surprised if he's sent packing or has to work extremely hard to win.

You can bet against him because value will be on Nadal who has played better this tournament in my opinion and it's on clay.

no way in f'in hell can you lay money on nadal as a favorite against joker the way he has dominated him and has a gameplan against him. If you remember those 2 clay tournaments last year where joker steamrolled nadal he didnt look all that impressive leading in and stepped it up when it mattered.

I prefer Nadal on clay over Djoker. Esspecially with how bad Djoker played this tournament.

I hope he will be mentally prepared. He should be, he is one of the best at his job.
And I think he realises that there will be plenty of time for mourning after the match.
People around him should prepare him for that.

Therefore I believe it will be a really nice match for trading - I expect at least couple of swings.
