There is 1 hour and 5 minutes left on the 2 hour window. Not sure about automatic reload bonus but apparently it isn't but then my sign up bonus wasn't either.

My deposit is not even showing in my SIA account, even though my Neteller account shows money was sent.

I hope that SIA will not only resolve with quickly, but also extent the 20% for all those that missed it because of their technical difficulties.

Live chat told me yesterday that there was no limit to the number of time you can claim the bonus. The only thing is that a max bonus of $100 would be credited per deposit.

I was planning on sesveral deposits to load up for football season. SIA better make this right.

This happened to me as well. I deposited, NT sent me the email saying the money was sent, but I got an error screen on my deposit and it's not showing my account. EMail to support sent.

You do realize that customer service is an oxymoron when speaking of SIA?

Good thing they aren't know for customer service, because two hour window was a complete joke. I know several people who deposited and something went wrong for every one of them.

Theses morons took a great promo inot a complete disaster. This 2 hour happy hour was pure idiocy. All they did was overload their servers. They were totally unprpared. Phone not working. Live chat not working. Site not working. Now a bunch of us have to waste our time trying to get them to locate our funds and apply the right amount of bonus money. For me at least, "the Happy hour" has become hours of grief, and I think next year I might just wait until Friday and take 15% but know that everything is working ocrrectly

I waited for Live Chat when Happy Hour started and got my 20% straight away. I have always been happy with SIA. Only the limit on games sometimes a bit too small that is all. It is a frantic time for all books offering huge bonuses I think patient is the game now and good luck.
