In one sentence, how many things are wrong? What happened to table limits? What happened to heat? And Data had no cover at all - he even told the whole table that the "dice were damaged".

While I understand that an artistic license gives these writers a wide latitude, some of this is simply unbelievable, even for sci-fi.

As someone who grew up idolizing ST:TNG and who owns a really nice Commander Riker uniform to wear for Halloween, I'd like to state that Casno Royale was easily one of the worst episodes they made. I totally agree with your points, but I had to stick up for my favorite childhood TV show.

It's a movie son. Everything is permitted. Try to fire a RPG from a helicopter like Rambo and see what happens to the chopper.

i like how they were shooting for a point and the lady rolled a snake eye. it shouldn;t matter, oh well...still a pretty good episode.
