    DON't get CAUGHT UP... i was up 6k in 3 weeks and 2 bad days and gave back 30% of it... time to SLOW DOWN. i will not go into stupid chase mode or tilt... remind yourself you are still playing with winnings and no need to get back losses from a bad day or 2 in 1 big bet or parlay.
