After the 1st Q, i thought carlton would fade because they were running hard but credit to them they are looking very good. The loss of luke ball is a big one but thats no excuse. After the 2nd i thought the same thing i just keep thinking the blues will get tired against a side like collingwood, but, maybe not.

I actually hedged out a bit of my over by taking the Blues +1.5 2H only because I figured if the Pies were going to come back they'd have to slow it way down and the 2H o/u 96.5 was too dicey for me. Turns out I should've tried to hedge out of the whole damn thing since this 2H obv hasn't played out how I thought it would. Really expected Collingwood to close the gap. Still lose but at least make a match of it.

As I was typing that the Pies scored which definitely helped. Problem is I have 192.5 for my total. Had such a hectic day that I literally put my bets in right before I posted them in there. On the bright side - not that it matters hopefully - I got the Carlton ML for -110 when I saw others with it at -120, -130. And yeah, Carlton is looking fantastic! So happy about this one

If I was a sharper gambler, I'd be laying down some big bucks to make extra money this weekend from Sportingbet with that promo. Even if you just take Essendon and especially West Coast, you're still making what amounts to free money, even with the ML.
