Anyone having problems with VIP's customer service lately? Their Live Help hasn't been working. They haven't responded to my past three emails about collecting a referral bonus. Also, I have a friend trying to use his free plays for new account signup and they won't respond to him either.

I just tried their live help got through instantly.

Though they didnt answer one of my emails last week, had to resend it and they answered the 2nd time.

i've noticed they've changed the livehelp links recently. the old ones worked great, the new ones didn't work so great, but they've taken down the old links for livehelp. the new ones, you'd be sitting there for awhiles. but i think they are working on getting them fixed up. they seem to be a bit more responsive the last week i've used the livehelp.

I never got any CS from VIP...it was terrible for the short time I played there...

made a withdrawl today was only for $500 but was in my neteller account in 2hrs........so A+ for that . I also called them about something else and I did notice it took a long time for them to answer the phone....rang like 7 or 8 times but when they picked CS was helpfull and gave me the right info
