Gotta admit...I was not a Bet Royal fan after dealing with them the last two years....but Chester might have things going in the right direction...not only were they virtually the only ones to bail out the No Juice and Bet 4Aces players....but today they mistakenly posted Wash Nats at -11/2 + 105...I assumed I had bet them at +11/2 +105..as it should have been:....Chester not only gave me my money back....he gave me the win!!! Pretty classy.

There will always be negativity until they actually do turn it around. If I am going to send my money, simply TRYING is not enough.

When I request a payout I love seeing the money back inmy neteler account within a couple hours with the books I play at.

I'm glad they seem to be doing well, but does that really make up for all of the slowpays of the past?

I ended up with a Betroyal account about a year ago when they offered a "send $250 and get free $250 in match play" which sounded great and I knew they've been around since 1997 so gave them a shot.

Never had a problem with their selection of bets or the grading of them BUT getting a payout was always a hassle UNTIL the last two times I've asked for one including this past week. I asked for a cheque on Tuesday and it was at my place on Thursday through FEDEX at no charge.

Here's hoping that this continues and I imagine it must be a less stressful place for their employees when they don't have angry customers calling asking when there money is coming.

Off topic - but I really enjoy their poker network (believe it's BOSS who they are hooked up with??) and really enjoy playing heads-up poker all the time. For a $20 game, they charge $1 in fees, for a $50 game, $2.50 (5%). I checked one other place and they were charging a little more than that - $20 game had $1.50 in fees. Anyone know any place that is charging less than this in fees as heads-up poker has been real profitable for me.

I don't think they're shills in the raiders sense but rather people playing there who have noticed a better performance, nothing more nothing less. The old skool shills paint BetRoyal as the second coming and deny any wrongdoings, like a Holocaust denier.

But me? I prefer to place my wagers at BetUS. They're a friendly group of guys and nothing is too much trouble for them. In fact, they pay out so quickly that the money is often there before I've even requested a withdrawal. They're a totally different company from the past and they're looking forward to the future. So remember, that's BetUS for all your wagering needs.
