His firing had little to nothing to do with the affair. It 100% had to do with who he was engaged in an affair with.
If you think that lawyers weren't involved in this decision to terminate him, then you're not very sharp. I can guarantee Ms. Dorrell has already heard from several as to multiple ways her rights were violated by the university and its top-paid employee.
