B/C I'm from the U.S., I have to use the online chat with Mansion. I have submitted a question an hour ago and no one is responding. This is my first experience with Mansion so I didn't know if this was the norm. Also, what's the best way for U.S. citizens to get their I.D. to Mansion for any future withdrawal? Fax seems easiest but I don't understand their fax number. it is only like 7 digits.

Just scan your ID, and send it as an e-mail attachment. Worked for me.

I went to Kinko's (don't have a scanner at the house)...scanned it, made it into a jpg file and emailed it to mansion...have had zero problems getting paid from them...
