Pinnacle's time is FAR different from kickoff time?

The Georgia/Vanderbilt game starts at 7:15pm, but pinnacle has the start time as 9:30am. So does that mean I wake up and have to place my bet before 9:30am here in Maryland, or do I follow the official time and wait before kickoff here?
