Andrew Luck or RGIII.. Who would you pick if you were the Colts?

    Easy.. Andrew Luck

Black QBs have a 3% chance to be a successful QB in the NFL.. How many black QBs have won the Superbowl Black QBs will never even lead you to the Superbowl

RGIII my ass, guy is just fukking overhyped!

RGIII is the second coming of JaMarcus "Fat Ass" Russell.. "Bust" is written all over him

Luck is a franchise QB.. NO DOUBT!

Ya, Colts with certainly go with Luck. He's the prototypical, pocket passer and any team would be foolish to pass him up.

Biggest winners of this draft will be the Rams They're getting a ton of value for one pick. Unfortunately they're gonna lose out on picking up Blackmon or Kalil. Should still be a killer draft for the Rams.

Lol at missing with Blackmon.. Guy is an undersized WR.. He can't even hold Julio Jones' jock..

Team who will pick Blackmon in the 1st round is fukking dumb.. Guy belongs to the bottom half of 2nd round..

Guy is 6'1", 215, and ran 4.41. Hands like glue. He'll give whatever team drafts an solid deep threat and the ability to stretch the field.

    Just some comparisons

    Larry Fitzgerald- 6'3", 218, 4.53
    Andre Johnson- 6'3", 228, 4.43
    Calvin Johnson- 6'5", 236, 4.35
    Dez Bryant- 6'2", 217, 4.52
    Austin Miles- 6'2", 215, 4.47
    Steve Smith- 5'11", 197, 4.38
    Roddy White- 6'0", 212, 4.45
    Desean Jackson- 5'10", 175, 4.29

So excluding the best receiver in football, his size is comparable to the rest and he's faster than most. Easy lottery pick and will be a hell of a receiver.

LMAO at guys throwing 40 times up as some sort of proof.

But if youre going to do that put up the top 25 40 times of the past 5 or 6 seasons and where those guys were drafted and where they are now or how well they did.

40 times are a frigging joke teams that use that as a basis for drafting a guy are dumb. but by the looks some teams do it, thats why theyre perpetually in the draft lottery in the first place.

Seriously any Div I or even Div II player who can run a top 40 time basically insures they will make a decent pay check some day even if they cant play even a little bit. happens year in and year out, guys with absolutely zero NFL talent or ability that somehow get invited to the combine blow everyone away with a fast 40 time and they get drafted and paid a bonus only to not even make a team. Check those numbers out too some time.

if they want a time trial for something that actually matters time them for 10, 15 and maybe a 20 yard out patter or something. How quick they make their break or how many times they can change directions on a full sprint in 20 maybe 30 yards and how that effects their overall time. Any asshole can run in a straight line for 40 yards, the speed of it doesnt matter one iota either. it is just seen as some 'universal' number people can put a comparison on. Its a frigging joke.

its not even close, luck by a mile. they wouldn't of traded manning in almost every other year. they are getting one of the best prospects to ever come out of college. rg3 is anther slightly over-rated by espn qb, who pushed his stock up higher then it should be.

rg3 was better at the "composure in the pocket" test where guys with brooms fuk with you and you have to throw it accurately. i'm not rooting for either one but to me that would be a big factor, how well you could perform with chaos around you.

RG3.....Luck is an elite prospect as well though

Can't go wrong with either, but RG3 is more physically talented....They are both very smart and Great decision makers and Luck is actually a damn good athlete too

Luck is the guy for the Colts. If you give Luck a good offensive line, he's the guy. RG3 is more athletic, accurate, and faster, but I think he'll be more prone to injuries.

I always like to point out that fact every time some moron talks about how dominant black QBs are like Vick/Young/McNabb, whatever flavor of the month.

A black QB has NEVER led his team to the super bowl and won it. That is pretty sad considering how many black QBs there have been. You would have thought one would get lucky or something.

The surest bet in this draft is Kalil. I hope for Ponder's sake they aren't stupid enough to pass him up.

RG3 will be the better QB but Colts fans are too white to take such a gamble. Making the better pick Luck. If Luck fails, which is unlikely, at least the fans support him.

No matter who the Colts pick up, its a gamble either way. Every year its a new guy, with a lot of hype.

I say take Luck, b/c if he is a bust no one will blame the Colts.

Drafting a QB in the first round, especially with the 1st pick is a bad move

Greater than 50% chance you will draft a bust. At least take someone who is not likely to be a bust, linemen, linebackers, DBs.

Tough to f\*\*k up on those positions

Jim Irsay is an drama queen for some weird reason? No way in hell the Colts draft RG3.
I guess they're trying to take some power back from Lucks agent but thats stupid? Irsay did the same thing w/Manning....dragged it out when he could've cut Manning the day after the SB. By the time Manning chose Denver....alot of the nice free agents were gone? Thats ok...Colts fans will pay him back with empty seats.
