I have had no problems with SportsInteraction. I use Swiftpay and I get my money deposited in my bank account within 24 hours of my withdrawal.

The only problem I had with them is when they wanted to check the last 4 digits of my social and my sisters age, Other than that they pay within 24 hours. Wish their limits were a little higher but a fine book.

Thanks for the feedback Lefty. Welcome to the board.

Some of SIA's swiftpay issues stemmed from having to enter your banking information each time versus having it on file like most eChecks. Players who had already made prevoius deposits were told that they enetered their info wrong. This is dangerous for someone who goes on a hot run right after depositing. I believe this was due to change.

Do you guys still have to enter all the digits?

You do have to re-enter all of your bank information each time you make a deposit, but you don't need to do anything on a withdrawal. On SwiftPay deposits, you have to wait 7 days to make a withdrawal, but I have never had a problem getting my money. The money gets redeposited into my checking account. There are no additional fees.

I tried to make a deposit to sportsinteraction today through swiftpay during their 20% bonus happy hour. After I clicked to transfer from swiftpay to sia, an error message came up. Now my money is mia. Swiftpay says payment sent but sia has my balance as zero. I hope to be able to resolve this quickly.

I tried to call them to find out more info on this one rolemand, and I can't seem to get thru at all. (busy signal) I also tried to contact them via there live chat feature, and heres what they said

needless to say I didn't feel like waiting 47 minutes.

i cant get in at all. i get the same message as was posted above. i have sent 3 emails without response and i cant get thru on the phone. the payoffs have always been quick. my problems are mainly with the abysmal customer service and some shotty things i notice. about once a month i notice a win marked as a loss. i have never found a loss marked as a win, however. also, i dont know why they do this, but on occassion i will go to make a bet at a normal limit (say $220 on tennis). and it will say the max i can bet is $82.89 or some random number.


they seemed to have already made changes this week that are terrible. it is too cluttered now. i dread what new changes they are coming up w/.
