If you had freeplay waiting to be unlocked in the old system note that it does not automatically appear in the new system, you need to tell 5dimes to re-add you freeplay money.

With all respect JJ,
I think that they are a great book, I am not impressed with their change of software, but they are solid have great lines and they pay.
Always a hassle, I don't agree, but software problems, yes!
They did fix it right away when I told them I was missing my fp balance, they did not take it for good.
