I thought it was funny when he told the puerto ricans they had to speak english as their primary language if they wanted to become a state, and he wants to ban all pornography too so he is just racking up votes left and right with those policies.

Mitt won the nomination quite a while ago. Santorum knows most people won't actually look at the delegate math & remaining states in Mitts favor to realize it.
