    Diamond Sportsbook is a Scam

    This is rediculous. I've been fighting with these guys for over a week for a wager that was graded wrong. I've filled out a complaint form and everything. I'm guessing SBR doesn't want to deal with them since they got paid for the A+ rating. Even Cedrick said it was graded wrong and it would be taken care of yesterday. I keep getting the run around every single time I contact these guys.

    Have you contacted us as I suggested you? We're fixing everything in regards to that mistake but you still do not contact us. I offered you the other day to contact me directly since we have to fix this case by case. We need your account to see where to refund and reset the wager.

    yes sbr paid for giving these books a+ rating,although i have no complain with dsi at all,good book.

    I had a wager graded wrong at CW and they fixed it within an hour of my thread. This has been 9 days and counting.

    I sent you two emails asking you to write to CS and to CC SBR. I didn't receive anything back. It looks like CS has also asked you for info. Maybe there is a problem with your email.

    Yeah seems like the blame on this not being fixed yet lies with Slim. Cedrick from DSI is a cool guy who posts here. If Slim would of contacted him like Cedrick asked him too, I am sure this would of been fixed by now.

    Diamond is a bunch of fraud fuks. Christ how difficult is it to regrade a wager? I have emailed them every single day and most of the time they don't even reply.

    maybe he got pissed because of your bullshit. anyway diamond/bookmaker needs a downgrade. no way they are A+. pinnacle is A+. dozer gets a big bonus for all of this.

    Nope, it's not a joke, that happens when the issue is disputed one week after the wager has been graded, we cannot keep all the wagers into the system so that it fixes them all, for record keeping we need the customer to contact us, besides, that's to be fixed with wagering department which is apart from CS.

    One thing to see is if the mail was very explicit about this, he did send us some mail, but, nothing was resolved. And yes, policies vary from book to book and every case has a procedure to be followed, I myself cannot just go on and ask wagering's supervisor to change anything in a players account since I have no authority because it's not my account, that's why we need the player's confirmation.

    DSI and Bookmaker really piss me off atm, and i was one of those guys who defended them when others said they suck.

    No a black eye would be if this happened with 1000 people there and it never got resolved. We know this will be resolved.

    crisp every book has hiccups man. Diamond is one of the best sportsbooks I've played at. Bookmaker too.
