Unhappy BetAndWin (Bwin) close my acc and stole over 3k usd

Hi,

I have a big problem and at first write about it to Bill Dozer on this forum. But can`t receive any answers from him...

The problem here

I’ve faced difficulties with BetAndWin (Bwin).
In the middle of June this year I opened an account at them and played mostly the World Football Championship stakes.
I was successful and in the upshot of the deposit in 800 US Dollars that I made on the account earned 6 times more in a month.
I ordered payments in parts and they paid me out without any problems several times, but 3 weeks ago they blocked my account and after several of my letters where I asked them for the explanations of doing that they said that my account was being checked by the Investigation department. And 3 day ago they wrote that it was decided to close my account and pay me out the only the sum of my first deposit that was 800 US Dollars, and the rest sum of my winnings that is 3300 US Dollars they refused to pay out. Yesterday the just did what the had told me and i.e. stole 3300 US Dollars from me!

As for me I don’t understand on the basis of what they are doing this to me?! They wrote that they were not going to explain me the reason of their decision!
It turns out that they can do it to everyone!
Although I read their rules and accepted their conditions I know no such a precedent that they did the same thing before to anybody else!

Please, I would like to ask you to help me solve the problem with the returning of my winnings from them and also to put this bookmaker in the black-list and to reduce his rate up to the very minimum!

I also would like to you to notice that I didn’t broke any of their rules and have no idea why they closed my account and why the stole my money!

You were recommended to me from the forum as a person who can do with such a problem.
I hope very much that SBR and tihs forum help me in this case!

That's horrible! In the future, you may want to use tradesports.com, here's why:

Trust, Security and Confidentiality are cornerstones of the Exchange and these matters are of the utmost important to us. Important facts for you to consider:

Segregated Funds: Your funds are held in segregated accounts with Allied Irish Banks, Irelands largest bank which are completely separate and distinct from the Exchanges own reserves

Auditors: Trade Exchange Network is audited by a "Big-4" audit firm and their audit report is unqualified.

Safer by Design: If the Dow Jones crashes, the New York Stock Exchange doesn't go bankrupt. In the same way, the Exchange doesn't lose money when an unusual result arises. Whenever you trade, we will 'freeze' sufficient money in your account to cover your potential losses. If you lose, we simply transfer the already frozen money from your account to a winning customer account. If you win, we pay your winnings from a losing customer account.

Member Specific Bank Accounts: Your funds and those of all exchange member funds are held separate and segregated from the Company's own capital at Allied Irish Banks and Anglo Irish Bank. To provide additional transparency we have introduced a unique service where an individual member can have a specific account established within the suite of segregated accounts.

This service further separates your funds from those of other members and enables you to see on an individual Bank Statement your balance, and transactions. This service which includes receiving a periodic hard copy bank statement is being offered to members with $50,000 or more in their account for free. All other members can avail of this facility for $50p.m.

I am sorry to hear that, this is really horrible. I have very strange feeling about them. I do not want to see what will happen in socialist Europe if they fail.

I am sorry to hear about this Boxy.

I also have an account with Bwin. I hate it how they can just close an account and keep the winnings and don´t even give an explanation for this.

There certainly are lots of complaints on the forums about Bwin.

I hope Bill can help you and that you are able to get your winnings paid out to you.
Good luck.

Mr Bill Dozer,
Can you received any answers from Bwin?
Today is 1 week when I post here and over 1 month when Bwin close my acc!
I don't want to waste time and if you can't help me, I will bring an action against Bwin in accordance with the place of their registration in Gibraltar.
Please, could you tell me how is it possible to do it, where should I address to and what is the best way to do it?

Bwin is often slow to respond. Two of their managers had been on vacation for at LEAST the last week. Things should start sorting themselves out now that they are back.

How typical! Two persons are out and nobody else can do anything.

It is a shame for a firm to tell we can do nothing because we have two necessary persons somwhere.

another sign of a total scam when managers are on vacation for over a week (using the gamblers money to boot!)...

Not to pile on, but even when these guys are arrested they act like pussies. Being arrested is a human rights violation? come on

http://www.theage.com.au/news/...17/1158334741960.html

Heads of Austria's BWIN to go before a Paris judge for allegedly marketing online gambling

The co-chief executives of Austrian online company BWIN were to go before a judge Saturday for allegedly violating French gaming laws, police said.

Manfred Bodner and Norbert Teufelberger were arrested Friday at the training centre of AS Monaco, a first-division soccer club where they were to hold a news conference, and held overnight in the southern French city of Nice.

The two were to go before a judge on Saturday in the Paris suburb of Nanterre.

They risk being placed under investigation _ a step short of being charged _ for allegedly violating French laws that forbid online gaming and advertisements from companies other than the Francaise des Jeux, which conducts the lottery, and the PMU, which conducts bets for horse races.

BWIN spokeswoman Karin Klein told the Austria Press Agency on Saturday that the two men perceived the arrest as "mental and physical torture."

She warned that the company would take "vehement action against these human rights violations," and that the company had already contacted lawyers and human rights experts.

"The arrest was initiated by the French monopolist 'Francaise des Jeux' with the goal of causing fear," Klein was quoted as saying.

She added that BWIN had the intention of initiating breach of treaty proceedings against France at the European Commission

I have a good rapport with Bwin, and have been able to resolve just about everything (I still have a few recent disputes we are discussing, but they are complicated and progressing).

No real issues. I do get a steady flow of sporadic complaints, but in each instance, it is resolved or proven Bwin in the right.

Bwin would save themselves a lot of headaches if they would better explain why accounts are being closed. But in most cases, they are justified in their decisions.

Hey all,

I have the exact same problem at the moment, i just did some live bets and i have been to their casino i couple of times, made 400 euro profit in 1 day, tried to cash it out and next day i tried to log in again, and they blocked my account. They are still doing "investigation" but i think their is no chance for me to get my account unblocked again.
