They are incompetent. I said in your other thread the same thing. Sent materials twice and they claim never receive or illegible. They are a joke.

I never had to do that when I withdrew, that sucks. I know there Customer support is less then helpful.

I tried again to get my account enabled today and surprise surprise I was successful.

  14. #14

I scanned my ID and had no problem whatsoever. Got a confirmation email within 10 minutes.

Then again I am a small stakes player (average bet ~$5) who lost $1k playing blackjack and $500 over 2 months betting baseball a few summers ago.

Bodog is doing well with their almost 1 billion dollar net worth I'd assume.

  17. #17

Never had a problem with Bodog. A+!!!!!!

  18. #18

Bodog is supposed to be on its way up. Heard they got there processor taken care of and are paying out in 10 days or less.

  19. #19

I never had any problems with bodog. I avoided them during their 40 day period for checks. I received payment from them in 2 days via check and I had to update a different card I had. It took a few minutes scanning stuff and thats it. I think you guys are just lazy/retarded

Can't believe i'm sticking up for Bodog, but yeah.. aside from that period last year where it took WSEX-ish time to get a check, Bodog has been really good to me lately. 2 Recent withdrawals processed quickly. And yeah as for faxing, just use a digital camera email them the pic and you're good to go.

  22. #22

I too have never had a problem with Bodog. Their customer service is on par and the verification process isnt too much hard work to make sure the account is legit.

I know, I mean in general though with their ridiculous payout delays they have had the past several months.

Kudos to them for enabling yours though.
