    Default Doug's Sportsbook.com experiment !

A lot of complaints about this book. I've heard they take about anything in a parlay. I'll focus on giving them bets almost no book will take.

    Opened for $50, +15% bonus= $57.50 start.

    5 Parlays, all NHL

    1. Pitts +1.5 -260 and under 7 -115 risk $5 to win $7.94

    2. Toronto +1.5 -155 and under 6.5 -110 5/ 10.70

    3. Colo -1.5 +220 and over 6 -120 10/ 48.67

    4. Vanc +1.5 -280 and under 6.5 -110 5/ 7.95

    5. Parlay all 8 above 5/ 522.73

These bets are almost impossible to bet at any book, try it at your book, I doubt they accept the wagers.

Books won't allow parlaying a puckline with the total, try it somewhere.

I'm looking for a book where I can parlay the puck line and the money line off the same game.

Or may be even parlay a money line with itself.

Any help on either of those, JJ?

ML and total should be easy to find ! Puckline and total is tough ! There's Sportsbook.com and one other place I know of, but refuse to name, for my own selfish reasons.

Coach, appears to be having little success finding an out for this, as predicted. Maybe his local will take it ?

SB grading speed will get a B. Buffalo graded winner, Vanc ( winner) not graded yet.

What do you mean by "parlay a ML with itsef." ?

Grading update: Vanc ( win) graded now, Colo ( win) is not graded. SB a little slow grading, but well within acceptable parameters, time-wise.

I'm going to do some extreme CFB parlays come Sat, I hear they take them, nobody else does !

SB is showing my balance as $639.79, grading the 8-teamer as a winner, I posted it, but deleted it because it shows my name.

    I'll re-check this !

That's pretty damn cool. Doug does his test of SB and gets an 8 teamer out of it!

    I made a mistake , figured it out !

I actually bet the board on these parlays, just bet different amounts.

I posted the wrong game for parlay leg, posted Tor, Ott, but put in Pitts/ buff instead. I gave Bill Dozer my account name and password, so it's quite verifiable.

I'm not trying to build a hanicapping record, just test this book !

Sometimes you make a LUCKY error, even better for this test !

I was going to post a W/L record and Acct balance, but it's screwed now, with my " dumb" error ! At least Bill Dozer can verify acct, since I gave him passwords. It's really about testing this book, anyway !

The general concept is play dog +1.5 and under 6.5 or more, and play fav -1.5 and over 6 or less in parlays, I tweak it a bit, but that's the starting point !

I'm betting every game, but only posting the games I bet at SB, when they have the better odds, than book X.

I don't know what to do to now, I don't aim to decieve anyone. I've decided to post the record of actual bets placed at SB, verifiable by Mr. Bill Dozer, anybody following my picks would have won, but less, I know this record is questionable, as it includes an error, but it reflects the real standings, I'll adjust it if it causes problems.

    with serious reservations :

    4-1 +$582.29

    $50 buy-in now has balance of $ 639.79 ( that's legit ! ), and verifiable !

If this is a problem, I'll re-calculate it to what it should be, I probably should do that , anyway !

I'm sorry I made that error, but the experiment is really about getting paid in a timely fashion, I will withdraw ( attempt to), my money management assures this. I can't risk running 50 into 500 into 5000. Goal is achieved, in one day !

Bets will remain small for experiment, unless I can withdraw some of my winnings. I'll call and see if they may release, say $250, I may wait until it's rolled over.

I think I hit a Homerun with this test !

I'm going to test the withdrawal practices of this book tommorow. I called in as a new customer getting info. They told me 10% bonus and 2.1 X the balance + bonus is required in bets before withdrawal, in order to keep bonus money.

In my case that's 57.50 X 2.1 = 120.75 in action required. I have $30 worth of bets, so far.

The quick win should be even better for testing their pay-offs.

With the lucky mistake parlay win, balance is 639.79, which is 527.73 more than what it would be without the error. I need 90.75 in action, I'll put that in today and exceed the requirement.

    Correcting the record yields this:

    Yesterday's result: 3-2 +54.56, balance= 112.06

My bets will exceed this amount, so if I lose I could have a negative balance on this forum.

I'll post the plays in awhile, but you can probably guess them already !

A bet to meet the rollover:

    LAA/ CWS under 8.5 -115 150/ 130.43

    The hockey bets are:

    Tor +1.5 -220 and under 6.5 +110 40/ 82.18

    SL +1.5 -260 and under 6.5 +100 40/ 70.77

    LA -1.5 +210 and over 6.5 -110 50/245.91

    Parlay all 6 10/ 490.60

I tested SB's policy on cancelling a bet. Some books will allow it. SB will not. The rollover has been exceeded by a large amount.

Win or lose, I will try a withdrawal Weds, which should be paid within 48 hours by their own rules. That will be the real test of this book.

That's the purpose of the test. They are big, can't be a total stiff joint, rated C here, I believe.

We will find out soon enough !

It's almost found $$$ anyway, with the good luck parlay.

Received e-mail stating 24-48 hours, it's only been about 12 hours, I will play with remaining balance, in the meantime.

I'm not going to post the plays, they're obvious enough !

    -1.5 and over 6
    +1.5 and under 6.5

I just change the amounts, and prefer the -1.5 bet.
