Default Mansion help!

Ok, this is not a problem on the mansion side, but it's more of a problem on my side, however, I really do know how to explain it to me, and convince them to believe me, so I'm here asking for some little help on my behalf.

Usually, I only make my deposit through Neteller, however, there was two transaction where a card was use to deposit instead of neteller, and they requirment me to send them the photocopys of both the cards, I could totally understand why they're doing this, and I would do it anyday, however, I do not have one of the card with me, so there's nothing I can do to send them the photocopy, and now, I can't make a withdrawal from them until I send them both copys, What am I suppose to do????? I would if can, but the problem is that I don't have it, so I can't.......

Anybody would help on my behalf is greatly appreciate. I would send them anything they want except the one card.

What do you mean by : "I do not have one of the card with me"..

Have you forgotten it to bring it where you are or you cancelled it or?

I had a card that expired in the past and a sportsbook wanted a copy of it, but I just explained honestly that I didnt have it any more and everything was ok.

I once had a card that was renewed, there should be no problem if that is the case?

I don't have an easy solution. This has to come up for other players too. Maybe you could offer to send your most recent account statement, or at least the statement from the month you made the deposit.

Credit card desposits are easy when they go through but they bring so much trouble when withdrawing.

If I have them, I already would provide them, but I DON'T, that's the whole problem.

The deposit using this card was small, it was like 50 bucks, usually, I made all my deposit using neteller.

You should be able to call the credit card company and have them send you your last statement.

707782- Your not making sense. If you shredded the card or something like that you need to call your credit card company and have them issue you a new card and although the 3 digits on the back will be different, that is easy to explain to mansion as they will see it is your card, with your name and your Credit Card #. A card cannot exist anymore and you use it.

You are not providing details enough for people to help you and quiet honestly, you are sounding shady about this whole thing. I hope I'm wrong in my assessment.

I'm pretty sure that even in the worst scenerio (well, worst scenerio that doesn't involve a scam) that you cancelled the account and shredded the card, I'm pretty sure you can call the company and get a copy of your last statement which Mansion should accept as proof that it's your card.

If you explain to us why you don't have the card or any statements, it's much more likely that someone can help you.
