I'm still not sold on the Knicks. I don't trust their defense or lack of defense. I think this is a statement game for the Heat. They are going to want to demolish the Knicks and put them in their place. If the Knicks cover, I will consider them legitimate.

Knicks defense has improved 10003003423% from last year. dont quote me on this but since Woodson was hired I believe they are around 4th in league in team defense, somewhere around there..def top 10.

defense has not been the problem this year. it has been distributing the ball and creating offense. now that Lin has come along you see whats happening. they went from 8 games under .500 to .500 without Melo and Amare in the line up.

all that being said I saw someone say the spread was 10. the Heat are just on another planet right now and they are going to want to make a statement to show no one is on their level and as an honest Knicks fan...the Knicks just arent even close to that elite level yet. with all the new players inserted into the line up and bench..this is like the beginning of the season for them. still working out the kinks as they go.
