Hey Guys,this is my first post here and I just wanted to say this is a great forum. I have actually read here before but this is the first time I have ever posted and you guys provide a great service for people like me who need info on sportsbooks and other issues.
I really wanted to post on a sportsbook that helped me out last week with a deposit and withdrawal,sportbet. I had a problem with my deposit using the electronic check provider because my bank did not recognize the routing numbers and my orignal depsit had trouble getting through. to make a long story short, my original deposit was declined and my account was put on hold. I though I was going to lose my winnings and it was a real hassle getting in touch with the elctronic check provider nexum and their representatives in India, but I made a phone call to sportbet and actually talked to Jake himself who had my account active annd my problem solved within days.
This was a real stressful time for me because I needed that money and to actually speak to the main guy ,Jake, at the book and have someone get things done was unreal. he was polite and everyone at customer service,guys like brad,andrew and manny were great. I would highly recommend this book , it is very rare you get to speak to someone at the top who can get things done and I am very grateful and just wanted to post on this site because this site was a big help researching sportbet.
some of the criticisms of sportbet may be right about lack of overnight lines may be right, I wish they had earlier lines for sure, but to have a head guy you can actually speak and customer service like this is really rare so kudos to sportbet. I have been with alot of sportsbooks and most of them have been great,I did 30,000 dollars worth of business with vip this year and their rewards are great ,ipods,free cash,etc.. and I love dsi as well , but to have an experience where you have someone at the top who is polite and can get the ball rolling is rare. great job guys on a great forum ,you have been a big help

I know there are bashers out there and I wish the lines were up earlier but my experience with the customer service with them was not third tier at all,in fact it was the best I have ever had. To actually have personal attention from someone at the top on an account problem has never happened for me at least. people should have accounts with various books for various lines but for customer service and personal attention on your account this one really deserves a mention.

Wow you guys are really bitter. I just posted something because this forum helped me choose the books I used and I thought thats what alot of the forum was about.thanks patrick mcirish and sbrjohn for the welcome .
