Secondly, the pictures you're asking for are on my phone but I don't have a screen capture function/don't know how to download pictures from text message to SD card. Obviously the BC member sent me pics to ensure that my bets were indeed made. When my roommate wakes up, I'll use his cam to take pics of them on my phone.

BCLC is the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

I live in Ottawa, Ontario. However, I have friends in some of the other provinces who will run for me.

I play multiple tickets for various reasons. One is because more than one ticket combination is +EV. Another is "ticket management" which helps displace some of the added risk of parlays by using rotations and matrices.

The better but more complicated way is to set up or find a proxy located in BC and bet online through your proxy. You do still need a local address to signup however.

Another way is to use a runner.

There are advantages/disadvantages with each. Well worth it for the most part though due to the extreme edges found with BCLC.
