Default sportingbets neteller merchant account must be empty

I read earlier where a player playing under the sportingbet group had his winnings sent by fed ex
Well i just recieved an email saying that my withdrawal will be sent via fed ex as well
This worrys me that the sportingbet group is having trouble servicing there neteller clients
Has any one else had this problem with them It seems to be happening more ad more

Awhile back I requested a Neteller payout from Hollywood which is in the Sportingbet group. I got an e-mail saying it would come by Fed Ex. I answered the e-mail saying, "No, I want Neteller and anything else is unacceptable."

Just to be sure, I also followed it up with a phone call saying, "I got this goofy e-mail and please make sure you do this right and send it Neteller because it's important."

    They sent it Neteller.

I don't know if your experience is due to the same payout protocol glitch but I'd suggest you try that approach for starters.

As Mudcat said, this is a continual temporary glitch with the Sportingbet group. Sportingbet are a company traded on the UK stock exchange, are a massive group and have operations reaching the US, Europe and Asia. The likelihood of them going bump is pretty low. Then again, we all thought the same about BoS until their boss took that trip to the States.

when i used to play at sporstbook.com they'd send my withdrawls via fedex even when i requested them via neteller. i'd email and ask for it via neteller and it'd still come through fedex. then i found this site and promptly closed my accoun there.

I've made $100K in Neteller withdrawals from the Sportingbet family and they've never FedEx'd me a check.

I've only had it happen once, when they took over AllSportsCasino and paid out, claiming that their system didn't know my Neteller details.

The service is shaky at best but the money is good. We will try to find out why they are forcing players to take checks instead of Neteller. Doesn't make any sense at all if you think about it. That makes it extremely difficult for the player to send the money back...right? Seems like a poor way for a sportsbook to do business.

In my case, receiving a cheque would have cost me hundreds of dollars in currency conversions. There would also have been a large cost in delays and inconvenience.

I really think that phoning them made all the difference. I just called and said exactly what had happened and exactly what I wanted to happen. I took down the name of the person I spoke to and asked if I could hold them accountable. It's not like I had to twist arms or be rude. It's their mistake.

It's so much more efficient and effective than e-mail.

I think you got lucky Mud. It seems that most players don't find out until they call/email on day 3 or 4 asking the status of their Neteller payouts. It has already been sent to "processing" at that point.

This seems to be a trend that comes and goes, the guess about the lower Neteller balance may be right as it isn't always occuring.
