Ethnicity and gambling is interesting. for example, I never see any Chinese people walking the streets, in cinemas, pubs, clubs, art galleries, whatever. They are practically invisible. However, go into any bookie and they are 'very well represented'.

But, for the Chinese, its not a solitary activity, they are usually with friends or relatives, etc whereas for the indigenous population gambling is pretty much a lonely pursuit.

However, you will never see an indian in a bookies (I mean someone with indian descent as opposed to a red indian ... though, for clarity, I have never seen one of those in a bookies either).

As a side issue, i have a friend who says he thinks there is a gap in the market for caucasian-only airlines or non-muslim arlines. Is this racist or (probability wise) sensible.

And, yes, i think The Great One was indeed white.

Well I'm not saying they are extremely active here but two openly female posters who have made appearances are Xena (whose picture I have seen and could be considered froth-worthy) and Multiply.

There is another but I only know she is female because of PM's so I don't know if she wants it to be generally known. She is a scalper who is very knowledgable about sportsbooks and even got me a $450 referral bonus a month or two back.

And on further thought, I think I remember xpanda posting here although it may only have been in that very first thread.

And then there's roxygurl whom, despite the evidence and skepticism, I believe is still sticking to the story that "she" is female. But that's a whole other discussion.

Thinking about it, that's a bit of a shock.

I'd have you down as the "only" in any number of categories; the only poster capable of formulating a theory about lactating Chinese gamblers, the only poster with a restraining order preventing you from being within 50 yards of anything feline, the only poster to write letters in green crayon. Not many black posters but the ones that do post are good.

I like black women, although I have always been jealous of black men because they are well hung and I am small.

Out of curiosity though, i would love to know if there were any first or second generation Chinese/Taiwanese posters.

As an ignorant 'outsider' that i am, it appears 'they' will bet on absolutely anything. But, 'they' also appear to do OK. Im sure i am wrong but Id love to know more ... also just about their social attitude to betting.
