5 Dimes- Thumbs Down
New upgrade
Quicker but timeouts too quick and if you reload by mistake you get logged out. It also looks strange and I do not see the nice feature they use to have with games going off in 1hr, 2hr,3hr, ect.

Yea, we have received a stack of complaints today on the new web site.
Football is just a couple of weeks away. But let's see what they can do in the time they have before even considering a downgrade. They have been all class for many years and have earned a little rope.

What is the worst for me is that this new layout seems to have actually influenced their soccer lines in a very bad way. They were a top soccer book for me. Now that their famous +1/2, -1/2 low margin spreads are gone they're just like everyone else. Going back to the previous soft would be a blessing.

Does anybody know why the did this upgrade?
It appears the whole platform is changed from Cold Fusion to ASP based system. It also appears that they have released a very very raw version. There is no possibility to see the prices as decimals, which they had in the old version. The whole bonus/rewards system is changed and they need to transfer pending bonuses manually on request. The rollover requirements will change but they do not know how yet. The look and feel of the page is "engineeristic" to say the least. You could also say ugly and unprofessional. Also, it does not seem that they added anything with the new system. Euros are still not supported and the system logs you of faster than you can keep hitting the refresh button.
I would hate to be their cs rep right now, trying to explain all the stuff to confused users.
5Dimes, if you reads this, hire me and I'll do a FEW changes. I know my asp/aspx and I have first hand experience of what should be changed on your system.  |

Great, they don't even process payouts. I put in a request on early Monday morning and they just said its gonna take a few days because of this "upgrade". And yes, it's actually worse than the old layout.

Their banner takes up half the screen and obviously someone with room temperature IQ set up the old/new act numbner example on the page.

I agree with the negative comments already posted on this upgrade, but by far the worst aspect is that the system now doesn't reset your betting limit after a change in the odds.
Previously I was able to bet on tennis challengers to a limit of $250 which would generally move the odds and if still within my range I could bet upto another $250 and so on.
But no longer!!
Cost me a considerable sum yesterday on US Open qualifications matches 
My principle other gripe is the lack of decimal odds. Having to convert some of those dreadful US style odds-on quotes is a pain in the arse.
Prior to this upgrade their software had a 20th century look.
I know there was no software around in the 19th century but they've made a fair attempt at it! |

Its is just a book with very bad management that continues to always make the wrong decisons. We will not play there anymore. Safe book to get paid and lots of bet offers but I will go elsewhere than sum cheap looking website that is very hard on the eyes.

That's correct Lucas, but they have told me that they will add that feature soon. I wouldn't be holding my breath for it though as I'm sure they have greater problems to iron out first.

I think that's more of a 5Dimes thing than an American thing, because to 5Dimes nobody else in the world does matter. If 95% of their players came from the EU, I'm sure the case would be different.

Hmmm, maybe isetcap but Pinnacle don't provide Wager Order Form unless you select US style odds; I've wasted the best part of an hour in Live Chat with Neteller before it dawned on the operator that I could possibly be from elsewhere in the World; VIP and others send out terrific prize offers but fail to say that they only apply to US residents ... and on and on it goes .....

I see they corrected the cryptographic account number example on their home page.
Now if they could only do something about the 5Dimes banner taking up half my screen when I log in.
