There is no reason why an NFL team is starting this retread. Never will be anything more than a backup quarterback. As long as your favorite team is starting a backup QB you have no chance at winning anything. If anything the division should be getting better too. Jeff Fisher will compete. SF has a coach and a defense now. Arizona will probably bring in a lineman, build their run game and get better. Pete needs Matt Barkley back and fast.
