I'm told tomorrow at noon British time they expect to process the refunds.

Just got this from them:
Dear Member,
Thank you for taking part in our Tottenham Cash-Back promotion on their Saturday 19 August match against Bolton.
Early goals from Bolton's Kevin Davies and Ivan Campo gave the home team a first-half advantage. Despite a strong start to the second half, Tottenham was unable to make up the deficit and suffered a 2-0 defeat at the Reebok Stadium.
As a result of the Tottenham defeat, MANSION will credit your Member account (chapmat) with GBP 100.00 as the calculated net loss amount of your qualified Asian Handicap bet in the Tottenham Cash-Back promotion. Due to the popularity of this offer we anticipate finalising all payments no later than 19:00GMT, Tuesday 22 August.

great, thanks...

They probably won't continue this offer (the most stupid promotion I can think of right now) given that Tottenham's next game is tomorrow.Originally Posted by Kaka

It may be stupid but it's delightfully stupid.

They did one game a week last year with ManU. The promotion didn't cover the second game in a week, if there was one.

Does anybody else think this a strange statement? If popularity translates as 'volume' this read as: too many bets to grade within the specified time of 48 hours. Am I out-of-touch to think that bets are graded automatically, through lighting quick software?Due to the popularity of this offer we anticipate finalising all payments no later than 19:00GMT, Tuesday 22 August.
I'm probably just paranoid to imagine that Mansion may still have software problems (like the bug that already cost me a won wager).
Has SBR ever visited this book in Gibraltar, and if not, is such a visit planned for the near future?

They're already graded, but they can't grade them as pushes.. they have to go back and refund all first bets per account up to a certain amount ($189.25)

It covered their final 6 Premiership games, and 2 of those were played with a 2 day interval (Saturday vs. Chelsea, Monday vs. Middlesbrough), so what you're saying is not correct. The same happened with the games vs. Arsenal (Saturday) and Sunderland (the following Wednesday).Originally Posted by Dark Horse
