Has anyone played with Betsson recently and get paid. Seems like CS is non exsistent there.

Betsson's phone number is nowhere on thier website. They don't respond to emails. Had 1 player who was waiting on two fairly small neteller payouts for weeks. When she did call, they said they would look into it, and call her back. They never did. I call, get the same story. I call back a couple of days later, I'm told they are looking into it, goodbye. In the end, the player got paid, But definitely not a place I would want to play at.

I've used Betsson about eight months. They have always been fast on paying with moneybookers but strangely enough I also had a Neteller withdrawal pending for more than a week there and then I cancelled it. This was about a week ago.

Never tried the CS so I don't have an opinion there.

I know a few guys that played there and it was ok. I do not think anything special though.

Firstly I would like to say I have just joined this Forum. I would like to say hello to everyone. Hello to everyone.

I have been using Betsson (current rating B-) for a few months and until now they have been quite ok to bet with.

Unfortunately in the last few weeks I have been experiencing voided bet after voided bet with them. In all honesty it has become slightly ridiculous.

Things went from bad to worse when I received an e-mail from them announcing they have voided a bet I hadn't even bet on. What's more the e-mail included the email addresses of 17 other customers, and they also received my e-mail address.

Personally I don't really appreciate them sharing my private data around with other customers.

Probably some new employee just clicked the wrong button, but I feel Betsson could have taken steps to prevent this sort of accident from happening.

Basically they don't seem to be making enough effort to protect people's privacy.

What's more I feel strongly that, given the current deluge of errors and voids occuring at Betsson, a rating of B- isn't really justified.

I would therefore like to ask if anyone else has had bets voided recently with Betsson, please could you tell me about it, or post some details here, so that I may present this information to SBR, with a view to perhaps changing their rating.

I believe they are in the process of cutting off Americans.. They have an exchange but, in terms of value bets, they don't really offer much, although once in awhile you can catch a good line there...

I played around a little at the site and made a couple of fast neteller withdraws (~ 2 days I believe) but always for relative small amounts ($300-500)....

To be fair, the number does now appear on the site. +356 2131 1218. I didn't use it though, because it looked like I would have to pay for an international call, (I am a united kingdomian - what the heck country is +356?).

They said they are currently relocating their customer services department, so maybe that explains why they are making so many errors.

To me it looks like they have just cut staff to the point they can't function properly.

Maybe if they are giving up on US customers they might go the same way as BetWWTS??

I played with Betsson a few months ago for about a month. I'd heard about them on a different forum, so I gave them a try after seeing their SBR B- rating, which was just above my threshold at the time. I wasn't overly impressed with anything about them. I got paid via Neteller my final balance, but I did need to email them several times.
