I have used bookmaker for the last five years. Today I needed to deposit, and they told me that my account has fraud and I cant use the debit/CC options. I have no fraud and have read elsewhere about Bookmaker doing this to players. Does anyone here know anything about it?

Did you had some problems at another site? Often information about potential fraud gets shared between books...

why not just tell them u didnt fraud anyone.. and ask for a valid reason.. provide proof of id/address/etc if that dont clear it up file an sbr complaint.. they will get to bottom of this.. but they will also expose u if u are a scammer.. so follow through at ur own risk

I said the same thing to them. They said I can still use ********** or **. I was a silver member on there. Honestly, I probably lost a good amount on there. I have a bunch of friends who also used the site. About a month ago they got the same message from the live help. I don't feel comfortable using ********** or ** and I much prefer Bookmaker to other online sites.

They said they run a background check with other sites. I only used bodog over the summer and deposited around $80. I've always used bookmaker. I've never had a issue with them. The background check is bogus. I really don't understand it.

They also said the background search doesn't give them site names. They said it just shows 2 possible fraud situations. I have no reason to lie on here. I know of 3 other people they have done this to. Their friends of mine, other college students. We use our **** cards and never ahd a problem in the past. About a month ago they started pulling this stunt with them and they stopped betting. At the time I had 3k in my account. I took out around 1200, and ran out of the rest tonight. I went to re up and they used the fraund line on me, and wont let me deposit through a card.

perhaps the issue is suspected bonus fraud rather than CC?

They will only allow me to deposit via wire transfer (min. 2,500) send them a check through mail or mgram or WesternU.

None of those interest me. Just want simple DC. Seems fair enough right?

I think there are better books you could use.

You might wanna try speaking with their Fraud dept. They might be able to give you a turn around for this. Might, though, nothing's for certain.

Why is it all this bookmaker fraud posts ie can't withdraw account locked come from people with very little posts not a pro or hardly no points
