SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) slow-paying player owed $4,700. The players first payout request was in the form of a check that had bounced. The player is also waiting for a Neteller payout for over a week. BetonUSA complaints have been on the rise since the start of football season. The book refuses to pay bettors who have won funds from promotional accounts. Another player is being stiffed $1,500 in baseball winnings.

First off, I have been gambling online for years and can honestly say this is the first time I have posted a negative comment but this scambook is just a joke. They have this bonus program called player plus points in which you earn points based on your play. I went on a black jack hiatus and played for decent amounts about 4 hours straight per night for about a week straight( I know, I need to get a life), anyway my bonus points added up to be 500 bucks, I was able to redeem 350 bucks worth of points which I lost , I tried to redeem last 150 bucks worth of points but was told for 4 days that system was down but I will get the 150 for sure, finally I was told by customer service that the program had made a mistake and was giving the wrong player points out and they were not going to honor it. I emailed the vp of promotions,(this guy is a total clown) JohnRoss, and he told me that I had a lot of nerve to ask for that 150 after I already took 350 that I knew didnt belong to me. Apparently I was responsible for keeping track of the player points I was accumulating, in other words , this book is very unprofessional and unethical to say the least. You can deposit without a problem but when its time to cash out anything at all its a whol different ballgame, scam book......

There logo looks a lot like CRIS IMO. I think the first time I saw the site I thought was just another url for cris interface, obviously didn't look close enough.
Is this book affiliated with any others?
