you are clicking "straight" bets instead click on "place multiple wagers"

I do agree with guys like freebie that Cascade does need to work on a few things...however, I made an initial deposit with them today...CS was excellent, finances went smooth (went with WU instead of neteller to avoid the $25 payout fee for neteller-which is kind of steep)...at any rate, I'm pleased with (as JJ pointed out) a book that pays, has reduced juice and even has occasional cash bonuses...they've passed mansion and matchbook for me and are now number 2 on my list...
