Valid point. But I would never tail or fade a play unless it was backed by analysis. Need to why you like a play, not just a shoutout.

Agreed, at the sametime its your job or my job to look into the play further, and make the decision.. but I do agree analysis is always nice to see.. gl

not going to explain exactly how i come up with a play but i can give a few tips.

line movement, public perception, stats(home/away), sos, style of play, upcoming/previous opponents, Rivalry, desperation(must win game)

for example in the Illinois game.

The line has moved a couple of points towards ILL but more bets on MSU.
ILL is statistically better at home in all categories.
MSU is statistically worse on the road in all categories.
This is to be expected, for the most part, but in this situation its a big diff.

SOS is equal.

MSU 4-4 away
Ill 11-1 home

desperation factor goes to ILL.
ILL is 4-4 in conf and need to make a move. they have lost 3 straight close game(2 on the road). close to a must win.

MSU has lost 2 straight road games, which goes back to being a different team on the road. (MICH and NW). good teams but not great by any stretch, certainly ILL is at least in the same pack as MICH and NW.

MSU could be in lookahead mode as well. MICH next.

Like I said before, I dont mind an e-battle, so whatever you want to say, feel free. First post is a bit aggressive and ignorant but Im just having fun and maybe I can help someone out. I am going to make money from the plays I post in this thread. If you want to come along great, if not , then thats cool too.

quick note: i am using betislands so each game has the added half point. i chose this instead of going back to 5dimes reduced juice. im not sure which is better since not many games will push or lose by a half point but this is what i decided so if the line looks off that is why.
