Most lines esp for American sports and tennis are not good. They are a square book IMO and you can get much better lines elsewhere. The software often runs slow for me also. They are solid financially though.

I have used them a few times ... they are good atheir job in setting prices and will limit you if they smell shrewdness ... but they won't rip you off.

They have sign up promos geared for rec punters but I have to say no problems other than limiting (which is their prerogative maybe).

A lot of the promos seem geared to parlay players. They pay fast and boot fast. If you like the lines, don't go crazy and click on max bet. Keep your bets small. If they sense you are a recreational player, they will raise your limits. As they raise your limits, you can slowly raise your bet amounts. But ultimately, if you are sharp, you will get the boot.

Grat book if you are a loser, if your bet size is low

if you are sharp player like me you have to the telephone to place wagerss, they will transfer you to 3 different cs agents and taks 15 minutes on the ****ing telephone to place wager, they will also take their time changing the ****ing line, and give you shit...this is a shit book

I've had nothing but excellent and helpful service, and whilst my limits were cut online I can get a bet on in 30-45 seconds by phone..

Also they're the only one of the books you listed with land based shops and any kind of answerability (IBAS).

good safe book, but lines are not the best, limits will be cut, but i keep them as an out due to their safely and quick payouts, never had a problem except for bad lines

well they aint that bad, f.e. their 200$ free bet basket is nice for smaller players.
Nothing wrong with a book that doesnt take high bets, thats what pinny&Co. are for.
They have a good customer service, no complains from me.

Am I the only on who never had any problems with bet365?

Bet365 is my favourite bookie with Betfair, Pinnacle and Gamebookers....I won big ammounts from them a few times, but there isn't any restriction with my stakes, nor do any of my friends who use Bet365 any problem.
The best in Bet365, that I can change any handicaps, totals with +/- for NBA, MLB, NHL, NFL etc...

I should add that they may cut limits to next to nothing, but feel 100% secure in getting paid there. They don't try to take Pinny type limits, so be it !
