    Default Tell me if you agree with this

    Just got into a confrontation with a customer service rep at 5dimes. I have been trying to make deposits to their site all day without success. i was trying ********** and instacash. I have accounts with both and both work at other sites no problem. I have been getting denied with instacash and for ********** i keep getting this error message everytime i hit confirm. I talked to ********** rep and they told me my account was fine and that it was a problem with the merchant. So I explained this to 5dimes and the gave me the runaround dumping the blame on **********. Fine i accepted this for now and kept trying to deposit a few more times without luck. I even deposited to my other book with ********** just to make sure it was working. and it was. So i contacted them back again and still the same bull shit saying there was nothing they could do.I got a little angry with them and they turned around and blocked me from entering the site and said they are not to be messed with and my account will be flagged. I cant believe this level of customer service. Its pathetic. i mean what the hell are they thinking. Im ready to drop a couple grand in their site which ill probably lose within a few days and they cant help me? Wondering if anyone else has had problems with them? On the other hand maybe I am over reacting but I feel I am not.

    I've never had a problem with 5dimes.

    I've also never had a problem with neteller.

    Most likely the problem is with your bank. Lots of banks block e transactions of a couple grand.... Most likely the person at 5dimes is too dumb to know this and thinks Neteller blocked it. The person at Neteller probably also did not look and said it wasn't their fault.

    I recommend using a wire. Wire your money to Neteller (Avoid the 8% fee) have the money there in minutes and you'll never have a deposit problem again.

    Regardless of whether the problem was on 5Dimes end or the bank's you shouldn't have to deal with rude customer service. I have pulled 5 figure amounts out of 2 sportsbooks in the past because of rude or incompetent customer service (I've never had a problem with 5Dimes cs). A customer service rep should be exactly that a representative of the company to provide service to you, the customer. I could imagine it being an annoying job dealing with problems all day but that is the job description. I don't think they should have to deal with abusive language but should know how to deal with impatient customers. It's a horrible business model if they're willing to let their cs reps abuse customers and not go out of their way to get 4 figure deposits.
