Well before that he repeatedly won. And yet he lost. Tiger is a streaky dog. But the sharp Tiger is the best we've ever seen. And it seems the sharp Tiger is back. That said, the competition is as still as ever. Very hard for anyone to win multiple majors.

Yeah maybe you didn't, but I thought it was funny. At this point in his career I just want to see him win Majors. Robert Rock outplayed him clearly. Congrats for him .........

Choker lost as the favorite/leader going into the last round in a European Tour event. Yea he's back to losing 3rd round leads only this time it wasnt even a PGA event.

Woods received just over 2 million dollars for an appearance fee just to play at Dubai this weekend. He was already a winner when he stepped up to the first tee.

He was right there with a chance to get it done...and he didn't.

And it was really the same old problems that he's had the past couple of years:
    1. Inability to hit the ball in the fairway.
    2. Inability to control the distance on his iron shots.
    3. Inability to make the big putt.

Right. Nothing like free money to hone the competitive edge.

Still want to make a bet he's #1 at the end of 2012?

If Tiger does become #1 in the World Golf Rankings, it wont be this year....and probably not next year either.

It's gonna take longer than you think for him to get out of this slump. I suspect only 1 or 2 wins this year (No majors) starting with the Bridgestone in August.

He has won the Bridgestone more than any other tournament....7 times. He is very comfortable at this event, as it is always played at the Firestone Country Club in Akron.

It is also the last tournament he won before the scandal. If he wins, it will be HUGE.

Tiger in poor form today at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-AM.

Michelson took 1st; he basically walked away with it.

Still confident that we wont see Tiger win until the Bridgestone.

I am a huge tiger fan however I am starting to doubt he will ever be much of a factor again...this is truly devastating as the game isn't as much fun to watch without him
dominating the field...maybe just maybe he can win another major or several but as time goes on I highly doubt it...a few years back mickelson wouldnt have stood a chance today tiger didn't have one...wow...how things can change

I think Tiger will bounce back. It will just take time. Eventually, the toll that his scandal put upon him will pass.

It will be interesting to see how his game evolves as he grows older.

    Nope.

He was eliminated after missing a 6 foot putt to extend the match.

Tiger is currently closer to being back moreso than any other time over the past couple of years...he will need to reel of 3-4 1st place finishes and a couple of majors before the field will be intimidated like years past...of course it may be to late for tiger...time will tell...

He's "almost there" after every disappointment.

When and if Tiger Woods comes back, we will all know it.

I don't think it's gonna happen anyway. He's not as good and the whole field got better.
