I'm really surprised there hasn't been any discussion here on this. And if I missed it, it must've been just something in passing.

I have a good deal of money over there, should this change my assessment of things? Its almost disappointing they're doing this as it raises hopes and it might just be nice to get some closure on the lost money. But now there's hope and a nice, British guy who can access your account and tell you the balance. Then he goes through the trouble of telling you how much you have minus the bonus and assuring you they're going to pay everyone. It makes me hopeful, should I be?

I wouldn't get my hopes up because of this since it is something they likely have to do in order to move forward.

In their last Plc update they made it clear that they are viewing the player's funds as no-interest loan to be paid back after its own debt.

2. pay any liabilities to staff and creditors in an orderly manner; and

3. repay balances due to US customers in an orderly manner.

Things are still up in the air but whether players get paid depends on their position as a company moving forward. It's too bad EasyBets was not a bigger focus.

i also have funds in WAGERMALL. They originally were very positive asking me to call back every two days and now they have graduated to asking me to call back every two or three weeks. If you hear from anybody of substance that knows anything, please send me a line.

Anyone with a balance at any BOS book is ******. Period. They have no reason to pay back any balances to players and many reasons not to pay back. Our own government ****** us this time. We should call the DOJ and tell them to pay us. As far as getting on the NO PAY list, That's just a complete waste of time. A mere glimmer fo hope for all of us desperate players. Our money is no longer safe offshore. It really isn't. Any of these books can go down at anytimne. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise. Good Luck to All!!!

I continue to be amazed by the amount of posters that had money at these crooked sportsbooks.

Posters are the watchdogs, NOT websites who are in cahoots with these crooks! If a poster complains of being stiffed and you have money in that book, you best sit up and take notice.

But I won a contest $300) and I deposited $100: I tried to zeroed it scalping odds from Bos and others bookies. But after 2 weeks I had again about $400... and now I think I have $0000.

But I'm from Italy and so I hope.....

All of the phone #'s listed above are now out of service. What steps (if any) are players that are owed $ taking? Or does anyone know of a phone # to reach them. I don't have any money with them but my father had money in wagermall and he wants to know if there's anything anybody is doing.

JDK - It was working when I posted, but given that they dropped all the numbers, who knows if it will hold up. And even if it does, this dropping numbers doesn't look good for players getting paid.
