Lemart's basically done his best here to rip 5Dimes; all the while saying nothing. I noticed when people rip books, but are evasive with details; they're usually full of crap

They also offer some of the earliest posted lines of any shop. Their CS can be a little abrasive, but that is a price I am willing to pay for the other advantages they provide.

yep feel the same way. I ask for a payout, they tell me to contact them the next day at a certain time, they proceed to give me the details for said payout, 24 hours later I am at the window collecting my money. I'm not a detective, but that seems like an A+ operation to me.

Obv BI customer service is insanely better than 5dimes. 5dimes is only relevant for the safety of funds and options. I guess in the end that's the majority of what you want, but getting paid extremely fast for a 50 to 100 dollar a game gambler is a big thing to me.
