"Bwin, Bet365, Interwetten" Low max stakes and personal limits.

    Try paddypower.com (or betfair)

WSEX.com is great and so is Bet365 if you don't get your limits cut. Pinnacle will do the Wednesday night and Sunday night game. That's all I know for now.

William Hill very regularly, at least 1 game a day and often more than that...Stan James as well, if I remember correctly.

Pinnacle has live betting on the ESPN Sunday night game.

WSEX has a game or two everyday just about. Huge money swings during the Cubs-Astros live betting game that lasted 18 innings.

come to think of it: it seems a bit strange pretty much the only bookies (ignoring the few exceptions), to my knowledge, who are offering live-betting on an american sport like baseball (or any sport whatsoever) are euro- or pound-books, instead of the dollarbooks you would expect..
