    Default Unibet - my account is closed

    I make deposit at the bookmaker Unibet. The case went to verify the account. Passport and Moneybookers screenshots they have taken, but three papers address verification are not accepted. 2 of them are considered false, and the third did not take at all. They closed my account and froze the funds in the amount of $ 400. SBR rating is a B-. I do not agree. 'C-' or 'F' - its a maximum for Unibet. What do you think about it, Guys?SBR, help me!

    If they're saying your documents are false...they probably are
    Next time think twice before sending fake documents, because they can tell the difference very easy.

    They are real. This third paper was everywhere, even in Moneybookers. No wonder, because he's a real - a statement from the bank!

    If necessary, I can provide this document for SBR. Let them be convinced that it is real. And if he is real, then the address is confirmed - there should be no problems, right?

    What's the difference? You can grant and a bank statement as proof of address. Is not the problem, the problem is that my account was closed and funds frozen forever. WTF?

    Submit a complaint through SBR, hopefully Unibet (who are a decent book IMO) will co-operate.

    It is pointless discussing it here because no-one knows if you are an unfortunate genuine player or a multi-accounting scammer.

    Sorry to hear this man. So SBR told you that they won't deal with unibet? I would like to know why as they shouldn't pick and choose which books to talk too if those books are listed any higher than F

    FLC not the first time there are issues with Unibet, i nearly play with every book you can imagine,but Unibet is one of the rare i dont want to do business with, bet-at home is another one

    Because 2-3 millions other customers has done this with no problem, i have been with them for years, sendt my docs and had no problem with payout or anything. If 20-25(my guessing only) people out of 2-3 millions have problems this can easily be a b- book
