Just logged into my account and noticed that they have took 150 SEK (20$) for inactivity fee without mentioning it to me.
Is this really acceptable? Can they do this?

If your contact info was current and they did not even send you an email, I'd call foul.
Start bitching about your predicament at www.bettingadvice.com where all the euro people talk about betting over there.I go there on occassion and there is always alot of talk about Intertwetten.I always associate it with Intercoursin. It sounds like in your case, you have been intercoursed by them.hehe!

This concept seems weird. You "save" money at their place and get 0 interest. This alone is bad, but when you start getting negative interest that's horrible.
