Yes, 5 Dimes just discontinued them.
WWTS used to offer them, but that was by phone only. So since they’ve discontinued taking phone bets I guess that means all bet types that were only available by phone are now gone.
Other places that offer them, at least as of a few months ago the last time I checked, include CRIS, The Greek, Legendz, and WSEX.
There is considerable variation in what’s available and the rules from shop to shop. Some offer this bet by phone and some online, different places offer it for different sports, some offer it for only sides and some for both sides and totals, different places have different maximum point caps, etc.

Greek likely the best option, but call in only.

Stay away from Action Points, they are sucker bets as you cannot predict the flow of a game and who might let up if the score is out of hand, ect.

I think there is value in taking the small dogs on AP, because it is basically a toss up on who wins the game, say you got a 2.5 points dog, if it is a FG game you either win a nickel or lose $55 if you bet $100 a point. Cincinnatti would be the perfect spot in terms of a number, except I don't give them much of a chance tonight.

You have to use them well, for example never take an NBA game under with AP.

If I was more of a gambler and just wanted pure action, these would be my choice. Game never gets boring because each point matters, even whether the last TD of the 4th quarter happen.
