This might be a long shot but does anyone know a decent book that offers tennis betting on qualifying and challenger events.

5Dimes do Challengers and qualifiers, Betfair sometimes do qualifiers

I don't know, they're usually out when I go to bet them, which for European events is about 7am, and they start at 10.. but I'm asleep before that so have never looked.
With tennis, and tournaments all over the world, it's hard to define "overnight".

Your lucky if you can get down $50 on a tennis match at 5 dimes if you hit three in a row
The book should be called 5 Cents like Bet365
